It's a high-altitude trek, very demanding: 5.424 meters above sea level, approximately 33 kilometers, and 2.350 meters of elevation gain over a 3- to 4-day program. It doesn't require advanced technique, but you do need prior mountain experience, good stamina, and familiarity with extended hikes at high altitude and overnight stays. Acclimatization is key and is managed by the guide.
