We won't just be discussing situational leadership; you'll also have the opportunity to guide, defer, restrain, and decide in real-life contexts with a diverse group.
Leadership and autonomy in the outdoors
Five days in the mountains to train leadership, decision-making, and resilience
This isn't a traditional mountain course: here you don't just learn to move, you learn to lead. Over five days in the field, each participant plans, guides, makes decisions, and supports the group in real-world conditions.
The approach combines technique and human resources: you'll learn to organize a journey, read risks in real time, adapt plans, communicate under pressure, and emotionally support your team. Leadership is rotated, evaluated, and learned through experience.
In-depth training for those seeking to lead with awareness, act with presence, and emerge from the mountain transformed, not just trained.
Purposeful training in real-world settings
A method that combines technique, experience, and nature to activate leadership and presence through lived experience.
"It's not just a course. It's an experience that trains you for life."
Skills
That you will live and integrate on the ground
This course doesn't teach you through presentations. It teaches you through the terrain, the weight, the group, and the decisions you make. Every day, you'll face real challenges where you'll lead, adapt, support others, and learn to act when the path isn't clear.

You will train effective communication skills
You'll learn active listening, clear expression, and coordination techniques, then apply them in situations where they really matter.
-
You will develop resilience through body and reflection.
You'll see how frustration tolerance, error management, and environmental adaptation are trained from a practical and human perspective.
-
You will integrate essential camping and outdoor life techniques
From setting up your tent to planning a route, technical skills are developed in the field. You'll learn to recognize risks, manage your equipment, and move independently and judiciously in the mountains, applying each technique responsibly and conscientiously.

You will integrate the Leave No Trace ethic from what you have experienced.
Beyond the technical rules, you will reflect on how to inhabit a natural environment with respect, responsibility, and awareness.

“Educating in the mountains is about developing criteria, not just skills.”
Javi provides support in challenging contexts and seeks to facilitate unseen human learning: managing fear, making decisions under pressure, effective communication, and self-awareness. He believes the mountains are a unique educational space for training body, mind, and relationships.
